To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a dedicated

Installer / Cabinet Maker / Carpenter (m/f/d)

for the assembly and installation of our high-quality control room solutions.

Help us shape the control rooms of tomorrow. STADLER SYSTEC stands for innovative systems engineering and is a specialist in modern control centers and control rooms. That might sound a bit technical and dry at first, but it is anything but. We develop and implement turnkey control room solutions that combine high-tech, ergonomics, and design at the highest level. Our projects range from impressive video walls and ergonomic control room desks to custom furniture concepts and complex, integrated solutions featuring state-of-the-art technology, software, and KVM systems. In short: we are building the control rooms of tomorrow. Our clients come from a wide variety of industries, including automotive, energy supply, air traffic, security, data centers, critical infrastructure, aerospace, research, pharmaceuticals, the food industry, and many other forward-looking sectors. Our projects often feel more like the modern command centers you see at NASA than traditional office environments.

02

your responsibilities

04

  • Pre-assembly and construction of high-quality control room consoles with electric height adjustment, video wall systems, and peripheral furniture at our factory
  • Assembly of wood, metal, and electrical components according to technical drawings and circuit diagrams
  • Pre-wiring and integration of electrical components into our control room systems
  • Loading furniture, components, and systems into our service vehicles or freight carrier vehicles
  • Installation and final assembly of our solutions directly at the customer's site
  • Setup, assembly, and commissioning of control room consoles, video wall systems, and peripheral furniture
  • Assembly of tabletops, support arm systems, and workstation monitors
  • Assistance with the assembly, alignment, and fine-tuning of LCD and LED displays as well as complete video walls
  • Routing and connecting pre-assembled cables within our systems
  • Assembly and installation of our own lighting systems, including ceiling suspension
  • Independent execution of assembly projects throughout Germany and the DACH region
  • Leading small assembly teams and coordinating work on-site
  • Coordination with customers and project partners during assembly
  • Conducting visual inspections and final acceptance tests together with the customer
  • Working carefully in high-end customer environments, including protective measures, covering surfaces, and ensuring a clean handover of work areas
  • Ensuring order, cleanliness, and quality standards during and after completion of the assembly

The balance between workshop and field work is approximately 40% workshop and 60% assembly.

Our projects are primarily carried out in small teams of two to four employees. Depending on the project size and focus, you will work either with colleagues from the assembly team, with our technicians, or in mixed teams. Since we offer turnkey solutions, assembly and technical teams work closely together to implement projects on-site at the customer's location.

Following your onboarding, you will gradually take on more responsibility and manage projects independently on-site.
